Creative Arts Team Building

One Day Adventures (ODA) is pleased to announce our new Creative Arts Division.  This division expands our ability to be your one-stop full service provider of Team Building.

Our Creative Arts Division, expands our opportunity to give your team a non-traditional and truly customized team building experience. As with all of our traditional programs, our Creative Arts programs are led by seasoned and exceptionally high skilled facilitators who are able to translate the experiences into meaningful, realistic and meaningful real world applications.

Team Music Programs

Team Music Challenges:  Use Music to explore different roles, responsibilities and comfort levels of personal expression and leadership, while also providing a multi-cultural overlay.

"Parties" of The Caribbean Carnival

Take your team on a Caribbean experience as we treat them like musical all-stars of sand and surf.  We will teach them to play real traditional Caribbean instruments as they create their own music performance experience.  No music ability required for this laid back "no-problem, man”, musical journey.   We provide all of the instruction and instruments.  Working with our facilitators, your team will write the song, sing the songs, perform on all instruments:  Steel Drums, Conga Drums, Cajons and Percussion.  It’s Team Carnival Time At ODA!

Team Rock Star

Take your team on a Rock ’N Roll Experience as we treat them like Rock Stars and teach them to play real instruments and create their own Music Experience.  No music ability required for this rockin’ experience.   We provide all of the instruction and instruments.  Working with our facilitators, your team will write the song, sing the songs, perform on all instruments, (keyboard, Bass, Guitar, Drums, Percussion.  Time to be treated like a Rock Star at ODA!  

Latin-Palooza

Take your team on a Latin Music experience as we teach them to play the music traditions of Santana, Tito Puente, Ricky Ricardo (Desi Arnez),  Rico Suave (Geraldo), Ricky Martin and Ritchie Valens.  During the Latin-Palooka excursion, we guide them to play real instruments and create their own musical showcase performance.  No music ability required for this smooth musical event.   We provide all of the instruction and instruments.  Working with our facilitators, your team will write the song, sing the songs, perform on all instruments, (keyboard, Bass, Guitar, Drums, Congas, Ashikos maracas, tambourines, cajons and timbales.  It is time to "Oye Como Va" at ODA!

African Rhythm Rain Forrest

Take your team on a African Rhythm Safari as  we teach them to play the music traditions of continental Africa.We provide all of the instruction and instruments.  Working with our facilitators, your team will create the music traditions of West, East and South Africa through stories, song, movement and music. No music ability required for this rhythm journey. We provide all of the instruction and instruments.  Your team will create every beat, rhythm and story to create an amazing team musical journey.  Instruments will include, djembe, balifon, shekere, boots, djun djuns, kalimba, agogo bells, calabash, african rattles and more.   It is Rhythm Safari time at ODA!

Fine Arts Programs

Team Arts Challenges:  Use our skilled arts programs to engage and challenge your teams with fines arts ranging from Chef challenges to the performing arts.   Your team will be tasked to engage one another in a variety of roles that allows them to experience one another in ways that they never or rarely have.

Stage Left Challenge

Your teams will create a over-the top dramatic performance skit.  they will choose to act out a  comedy romance comedy, crime drama, western or military. Your teams will assign roles of director, actor, lighting, staging etc.  Our trained performance professionals will guide your team to create the script, build the props (silly things like broom-mics) and all other essential things to create an award winning production! The team developed role-plays and insights using real world scenarios provide a platform for thoughtful and meaningful perspective and introspection on the roles your team engage in during there day to day work.   No acting or performance ability required.   In fact, the less talented the better!   We will provide all the tools, props and things your teams will need to create.
